hi attorneys,
i am currently on H-1B with employer A. i hv a job offer from employer B which is a mgr role based outside USA.
i know that if i work for 1+ yr with employer B outside USA then i can come back to USA on L1-A visa.
my question is - during this 1 yr period, can i work for employer B in USA on H-1B?

My I-140 got approved and priority date from EB3 got ported to EB2. I read in one of the forum threads that USCIS system would automatically identify that application is current and appropriate action will be taken. Also, I read about initiating interfile process of existing EB2 I-140 (current) with Pending I-485 application (under EB3). I am not sure whether I should wait few weeks before initiating interfile process.
I have given my biometrics in 2007 while filing I-485. Will USCIS send appointment for Biometrics again ?

Pictures are listed in required list of documents but they don't ask for them always. My wife went for stamping 4 months back and they just looked at marriage-certificate and my approved petition....that's it ! But I have seen CO's asking for pics.
So it's a hit/miss kinda deal....

Hello,
I need advise from gurus.
i have taken an appointment at the chennai consulate on aug 24th.
I have the old h1b approval valid till October 3 2006 to October 4 2007.
I have the new h1b approval valid till from october 5 2007 to october 4 2008.
I have taken the appointment for the new h1b approval. my question is:
since its valid from october 5 2007, can i come back to USA before october 5 2007? Do they give the visa stamp validity all the way from october 6 2006 to october 4 2008 since i have both the h1b approvals?
how does it work? we have to use only h1b approval? can somebody let me know they had the same situation?

My I140 has recently approved on Aug,7th but the attorney and employer has already sent the withdraw letter to USCIS to cancel I-140 petition last month in July.But as they sent the cancellation letter to USCIS so is this possible if they sent the letter again to them not to withdraw or cancel I-140As right now I am in Canada,so I request them not to cancel I-140 and plz. do the consular processing for my case as I-140 is approved,so can someone advice me what will be the best thing,any advice will be appreciated.

How do I find out who gave me the "RED" reputation, I am a harmless person not making any personal comments on anybody in this forum, wonder why someone gave the red to me . Can someone pls let me know how to find out who gave me the red, can anybody do this to anyone or has this been done by admin ?

Most of the shots given are booster shots. Two MMR shots?
Varicella needs to be taken twice at 1 month intervals, however most doctors sign and seal the package when you take the first varicella shot and then ask you to come back one month later and take the 2nd shot, if not, you can insist the doctor to do so.
Needed shots are MMR, TD and Varicella, all others are Age unappropriate for us(atleast the applicants and spouses).
